The neck is one of the most stubborn and confusing areas of the human body. One moment it feels fine, and the next moment you’re in severe pain. While even the most educated experts don’t know every cause of neck pain, one thing is for certain. If you’re only looking for solutions at the site of pain, you’re likely missing the mark.
The complexity around neck complications is that it’s often caused by things that we don’t usually think of right away. This includes lower/mid trapezius weakness or lack of endurance, thoracic spine immobility, shoulder stiffness, and more.
