HOW I STARTED PRACTICING MEDITATION?
I was someone who used to get irritated easily. And I had no control over my anger. But compared to where I am now in life, I have overcome this behavior of mine from the time I started meditating.Well, if I tell you that I started meditation because of a fear and not to overcome my shortcomings? What kind of a fear was that, that made someone like me to practice meditation, who didn’t follow the advice from people around me for 2 years? I’ll run you through my story of taking up meditation and my divine time of getting enlightened about something greater than us (for me it’s universe). For everyone it’s different according to your own beliefs.Going back to the year of 2020, in February, I had a very paranormal experience in my hostel room.
I woke up in the middle of the night, I checked time on my phone and it was around 2:45 am. I had to go to the washroom urgently, but as soon as I planned on going a weird laughter broke out like those in horror movies. I got scared and told myself that it’s probably someone laughing on the floor above mine. As it was coming from the 4th floor balcony (mine was on 3rd floor). I thought to go to the washroom after the laughter stopped but it didn’t. The laughter was accompanied with barking of dogs in a rhythm.
